Issue with copying movies on Tonido Drive

Hi there, I have movies on the drives but whenever I try to play or copy the movie to my local hardrive it just say unable to locate the file. How do I fix this?

Drive is not really meant for general purpose file access and is meant only for document editing purposes and has size restrictsions. In any case, you cant play video over the internet using any type of drive.
