Hi riggs170, I have uploaded a new version (v3.2) can you check if this one sees your gallery photos?
Re: Android BETA: Automatic backup of Photos and Videos supp
Thanks for the quick response. I installed the 3.2apk and still nothing uploads. I even tried taking a new picture and going back into the app. The service states that it's running but nothing uploads. Let me know if you need anything else.
One more thing I uninstalled the old apk before installing the new version.

Re: Android BETA: Automatic backup of Photos and Videos supp
Thanks. I am starting to wonder if it is an issue with 4.4 SDK. We have all our devices at 4.2. We will check against 4.4 and see what might be going on and update the build
Re: Android BETA: Automatic backup of Photos and Videos supp
Have you set your camera to store the images in internal or external phone storage? The app is looking for the external storage (like /storage/sdcard/0/DCIM/camera) .
It also looks like different devices (like the HTC One) store these in slightly different paths (/storage/sdcard/0/100MEDIA) and some devices like Nexus in jellybean are storing it in /storage/sdcard/0/Camera). So we might have to figure out the store path depending on the device.

I have changed the way we search for photos in v3.3. Can you check this and see if that finds the pictures in your device?
apparently the storage location is standard in android
Nexus-One stores its camera files into a folder named Camera (/sdcard/DCIM/Camera).
All HTC devices store their camera files into a folder named 100MEDIA (/sdcard/DCIM/100MEDIA).
Sony Xperia x10 stores its camera files into a folder named 100ANDRO (/sdcard/DCIM/100ANDRO).
Motorola MilesStone stores its camera files into a folder named Camera (/sdcard/DCIM/Camera).
to name a few.. sigh

Re: Android BETA: Automatic backup of Photos and Videos supp
/sdcard/DCIM/Camera is the path on my nexus 5. The 3.3apk still didn't find any pictures to upload.
Re: Android BETA: Automatic backup of Photos and Videos supp
FYI, I tried on my galaxy note 10.1 as well and it didn't work in that either.
