Debian 9 and Tonido Sync 2 - not working

Dear sirs,

I've been using Tonido for some years and I've been quite happy with it. But, unfortunately, I've not been able to use the latest Tonido Sync clients on my Debian 8 and 9 PCs. I simply can't install them! But the server works perfectly!

Would it be possible for you to help me solve the issue or is it not possible to solve it right now? At this moment I'm being forced to stop using Tonido and this is sad...

Thanks for your attention.

Hi - we are unable to reproduce this issue.
Can you share any specific error message you get when install ?
thanks.

Hi,

No... When I make the download there is no option to choose from. There is only a .zip file and, when I extract it, I don't get any .deb file... So, I'm unable to install the packet and run the Tonido Client...

Thanks.

Hi,

Open the zip file and run the command ./ tonidosyncstart.sh from terminal

Hi,

I had already tried that and nothing happened... I tried again and... Nothing... Again... No error message, no Tonido or Tonidosync folder has been created. No Tonido process running... Nothing... :-(

Thanks...
