Cannot add new files from client machine

I have installed Tonido server on my desktop.

Installed Tonido Drive on my laptop.

I can use the mounted folder (H:) to see and copy and modify files on the desktop. But when I create a new file it does not propagate to the desktop machine. After disconnecting and reconnecting the mounted drive the files are gone.

What's going on here? Shouldn't I be able to use the mounted drive as if it was local on my laptop and any new files I create should be uploaded/copied/created on the desktop as it is the server machine.....

am I missing something? isn't this what the tonido drive application is made to do?

Okay well it's not clear that I am reaching the people who might be able to help me on this issue.....?

How do I get their attention?

We are unable to reproduce the issue. Can u try a clear cache form the tonido drive app and try again?

Unfortunately I've uninstalled the software some time ago and decided to use hosted cloud storage for my needs.
