In the highlights portion of the blog post item number 3 says, "Edit support enablement". Can you elaborate on what this means?

Under folder menu, you can select edit folder action which will allow delete, copy and move of files.

Hi, think this app is a big inprovement, to use it as a mediaplayer for streaming my home content. Also the option to ajust bitrate is very good. But there are some options missing.

1)It can't read the coverart included in the tags of my flac music collection.
2)An option to scan a folder including subfolders
3)And I like to see a dark skinned mediaplayer, instead of white
4)a widget to control playback from homescreen when app is in the background

Thanks for the feedback. Did you get to try it on 3G/LTE network?

1) Yes This is in our plan to add. Currently only MP3's have their artwork retrieved.
2) Can you elaborate what you mean by this?
3) Noted, Future apps will have theme support (Light and Dark)
4) Noted. We will work on widget for app control.

Yes, streaming over G3 worked fine.

What i mean bij subfolders, my folder structure is like: /music/artist/album. Now i have to browse to the album folder to add to playlist. I would like to add the artist folder to playlist but than it says: "No files in folder" cause it does not look for files in the subfolder (albums)

An other thing ,there is no landscape mode..

Ok. Noted. Infact, we do have plans to provide indexing of music and provide automatic playlsits for
1. All songs
2. Recently played songs
3. Most played songs

So we can add this. Note that this is common to both iOS and Android, so it will be rolled out separately.

What devices are you using?

Currently we have been testing on

Nexus 10
Nexus 7
Nexus 4
Galaxy S3
Galaxy Tab
Kindle Fire HD 9''
Kindle Fire HD 7''

Thanks, I really like you have great plans for making it a great app I've been using tonido for a long time but never saw it as a great mediaplayer, more like an app to transfer data from device to an other.

B.t.w. I have a htc desireZ with custom 4.0.4 rom

Just some other points.
1)Scrolling in large folders need a fast scroll option, like some sidebar or so..

2) maybe support for subtitles in mediaplayer, like Emit which is also a streaming mediaplayer. Layout of the movieplayer is very nice i must say

Do you think I should try to install this on Gingerbread?
