I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by "instance," and do you want an "instance" from my computer? I can connect fine with my computer. It's the phone app.

It appears that when we try using http://garywl.tonidoid.com/ it says the site is unavailable. So your Tonido site is not available. Is your settings changed or something blocking outgoing connection from Tonido (like firewalls) ?

If you had provided this address in your phone it wouldn't have worked as well.

I have no firewalls running or anti-virus software running that would interfere.

If you cant get the public address working, it means you can't access from your droid too.

Can you try restarting Tonido app and then check the public address?

I'm having the same problem as the OP.

When I put in the URL for the server I type it in exactly as it shows on the computer running Tonido. The account and login info is identical to what i use to login from work, which works perfectly.

The message reads:

Error
Profile already logged in.
Failed to login

I think this is an awesome idea, and I already use Tonido from work almost religiously, so I would like to take advantage of the mobile aspect of it, but I have yet to be able to log in. I installed the app almost a week ago.

We are fixing this in the next release (in 2-3 days) of the app.. With this fix, the userid will be case sensitive, if you enter your userid in correct case, it should work fine..

We have release a new version with a fix for the "Profile Already Logged In" issue. I have started a new thread for this issue. If you still face this problem pl post your it in the new thread
