Help - not able to connect using Droid

Excited about using this service but...
I downloaded and installed Tonido on my Lenovo ThinkPad with Windows 7.
I created an account and then I downloaded and installed the "app" on my
Motorola Droid. The app won't connect. If I have my computer on, the
message on the app is, "Profile already logged in." When my computer is
off and I try to sign in with the app the message is, "Couldn't reach
Tonido device."

I checked the forums but nothing jumped out at me.

You will have to have your computer that runs Tonido running. Then, use your Android App to log in. The Login URL is: http://<account id>.tonidoid.com

Thanks for the response. I do have the computer on that has Tonido downloaded on it. I can access my online account and files from my computer. When I try to access my account with the Droid app, it says, "Couldn't reach Tonido device.

This message means that the profile that is logged into the computer is different than the user name supplied by the phone APP.

I am wondering if there is a capitalization (like first character) issue going on?
The user id is case sensitive and if the phone menu is captilizing even the first character then this will fail.

I am having the same issue with the same phone. I am trying to log into my admin acct. My name is all lower case, so caps is not an issue. :/

The error message I am getting is:

Couldn't reach Tonido device.

This is not the same as the OP. This looks like the server is not running or is not accessible. can you access the address using the browser from that phone?

Also note that http:// is required when entering the address.

Nevermind, I can get in. I didn't do anything just restarted my phone and it worked. :/

Actually I was having same issue as the other respondent. "Couldn't reach Tonido device." And I'm still having it. I set this up with lower and upper case in my account name, and have tried signing on with upper and lower, and with all lower case.

I have powered the phone off and on as the other respondent said that cured his problem. It did not work for me.

I chose GaryWL as my name and I have been trying to sign on from my Droid App with
http://garywl.tonidoid.com - or - http://GaryWL.tonidoid.com

"Couldn't reach Tonido device."

I don't feel comfortable listing my password on a public forum, as suggested above.

Run the Tonido instance on your computer and open a browser with the url http://<account id>.tonidoid.com. Please post a screenshot.
