Samsung Androids (and maybe others) can have multiple storage locations (main and SDCard). The camera decides where to put the photo depending on what camera mode was used to shoot the picture. As such I have set it to store photos on the SD card but it may override that and store on the main memory.
I'd like to suggest that Tonido can watch multiple locations so that I can automatically upload photos. I see this as an option to add memory locations to monitor as per my configuration.
As best as I can tell, Tonido can only manage photos in the main memory (SDCard is not an option I can find).
If there is a way to change to the SDCard and or monitor multiple locations please let me know.
Thanks

Re: Multiple Photo Storage Locations on Android
Any update on this issue?
Many people nowadays store their media in sdcard as more and more smartphones offer SDcard slots for expanding the storage capability of the device. I have a 256GB SDCard in my phone and store everything there. Would be great to have Tonido to work without much hassle.

Re: Multiple Photo Storage Locations on Android
we do not support this option as of now.
maybe in the future as this query has been forwarded to development team.

Re: Multiple Photo Storage Locations on Android
Hello, any news on this feature please?
Just added an SdCard, Android started to throw the pictures there, didn't know why Tonido wasn't picking them up.
It would be awsome for tonido app to monitor multiple locations, because same issue is with WatsApp (pictures are stored in another location).
PS: Tonido is a great server, please do not let it die
I depend on it.
