Plug-problems - Can't use TONIDO

Hi there,

I'm using plug1 for a few years and I'm loving it. Since today I can't log-in to the interface and use any apps or open the plug-interface. The only thing I see is shown in file:

I've tested it with a second Hard-Disk, an USB-Stick, but I can't manage any apps or files in interface. In windows I can use both mounted hard-disks. Any ideas?

Hi there, again,

well I've done this: viewtopic.php?f=32&t=329
nothing changed, I get the message "Empty folder" …

and I've tested this: http://www.tonido.com/communitywiki/dok ... es:usbboot
I can boot form an external drive and I have the same problems …

Is it possible to do this: http://www.tonido.com/communitywiki/dok ... ootfsplug2 with plug1? Will it solve my problem?

I need some advice…

1. Please change log level to trace, (I guess you can't), and restart plug and post the log for us to take a look.
2. Does the classic interface work?
3. Post any log file you have for us to see what is occuring.
4. Did this happen after the update?

thanks for support. Your questions:

1. Please change log level to trace, (I guess you can't), and restart plug and post the log for us to take a look.
I can't reach Tonido, but I can reach the plug, because I've noticed the direct link. I have two logfiles: Tonido Log an Sytem Log. Both logs are attached.

2. Does the classic interface work?
It opens in an new Browser-Tab, but "my plug" in left frame will be empty. Please look at the attachement.

3. Post any log file you have for us to see what is occuring.
See number 1.

4. Did this happen after the update?
No, after update everything worked fine. Three days ago I recognized in Tonido App for Android, that I only can reach two folders and not both connected usb-drives. The two folders were set shares. Then I deleted both shares and after that the problem started. After the update it worked fine also with the Android App.


One remark: After connecting with Tonido I have this path / address: http://…:10001/ui/core/index.html#expl-tabl. I can't remember seen this address with the ending "#expl-tabl." ever before…

This is the first problem, your usb drives are mounted or setup incorrectly.

OK, but they're connected and mounted in the same way as before the problems started. And isn't it so, that I can start my plug without any hard-disks and I will see "my-plug"? When I boot my plug without any hard-disks I have the same problem…

I've checked my drive with windows and corrected the errors. And I've mounted my drives in same way as before. And, I can use my hard-disks as mounted drives in windows and mac…
