@FewClues
You said in the email, "I am now able for the first time today to log in using the Internet
jcabbott@tonidoid.com".

Follow steps below:
1) Log in remotely using your profile id
2) Click on Advanced View
3) Under the Summary, click on "Additional Details"
4) Provide a screen shot.

By the way, are you using Tonido Relay or you have set your own port forwarding?

I now get:
503 Service Unavailable

The Requested Tonido Website is not available. The user's Tonido software could be switched off or there could be an connectivity problem.

For the jcabbott.tonidoid.com, and this is without resetting anything. It just comes and goes. And when it here its not functional past the home page.

I want to draw your attention to the fact the plug has worked flawlessy for a couple of months. It was on my first use after the Home page update that it went nuts.

I have used a variety of browsers with no difference in effect.

I have powered off the plug and then reset it using the pinhole reset.

I have filled out the profile a total of 19 times.

I'm exhausted.

I have just swapped routers to make sure that it was not a router problem. Its now on a new Cisco router and behaving exactly the same way.

If you had done port forwarding, please make sure the port is forwarded to the TonidoPlug. If possible, provide us a screen shot. There is a definite possibility that the port forwarding is done to an IP address other than the IP address of the TonidoPlug. When you updated the TonidoPlug, it restarted.

In addition, I noticed from another forum thread, you have switched to DHCP.

[quote="devbloke"]Lets do this.

1) SSH into the TonidoPlug(http://www.tonido.com/support/TonidoPlug_SSH)

As is the case with the bulk of your instructions - this involves a WINDOWS EXEcutable program. I am running Linux and have no nor want Windows access. I have been unsuccessful using the SSH command from the terminal. I can bind the address but that's as far as I get. The connection is rejected.

I am dismayed that I cannot restore the device to factory defaults and simply re-register.

Because I have a robust LAN and WLAN I am using your beta relay. However the plug has constantly remained as 192.168.1.100 - I have tried using .103 with no effect.

I've just lost patience with the whole thing. The club has a pair of Pogoplugs and we will simply carry on using them and write this off as a bad experience.
