I appreciate all of your hard work on this, facelessuser. I just got a TP2 but I can't seem to upload the zip file to the plugin folder because of a 403 error. I assume this is a permissions thing. Is there a better way to upload the file?

Thanks!

Just out of curiosity, why did you go with PmWiki over DokuWiki?

Just a note about Tonido Shell, here in CodeLathe, the dev team uses Tonido shell pretty heavily, so your work is well appreciated. :-)

I found this post and I thought "let's give it a try".

I have installed the PmWiki Plugin on:
1 - Linux Debian Wheezy on a intel atom 270
2 - Tonido desktop app for Linux i686
3 - plugin path is: /usr/local/tonido/plugins

Tonido works as expected. Other (small) plugins work as expected.
PmWiki Plugin cannot be launched (starts with a blank page; with my browser it closes again). So in effect is does not work.

My question is: should it work or should it work only on Tonidoplug 1 (and maybe 2)?
If so, I'm out of luck, but hey thats life
Then on with the next project.

I know it's a rather old topic, but any response is appreciated!

Great! Very interesting project!

I just thought of something, maybe it's a matter of user:group authorizations.

Do I need to install PmWiki Plugin as a specific user and or group for it to work?

Interesting. :o

The google plugin does not work. Page stays blank.

If I change the addess manually I can reach lots of other sites.
However there are also sites that give problems.

It seems like that those sites that really want (or even need) to write something somewhere (cookies?) have a problem. Maybe this helps finding a solution to the above mentioned problem with PmWiki. PmWiki wants to write to the disk as well.

Don't know if it's a linux or a Tonido problem and it's no dealbreaker, but it's strange. ;)

The plugin functionality itself works.

It serves the Tonido forum page without any problem. However www.google.com does not display it's distinctive logo. :(

Tomorrow* I will try to verify this issue by setting up a Virtual Machine with Debian Squeeze and Tonido desktop.

Maybe it's just my Linux machine. Some authorizations might be not what they should be, however unlikely that may be.

* it's after midnight here, Need my zzzzzzzz's

Just to add:

The google plugin does not work on a Tonidoplug2 either.

(owned by root and rw permissions for root).
