Hello - just moved to a new computer with Windows 10 from Windows 8.1. Windows is not recognizing my plug. I tried to force it to recognize the device by using the
"run" command and the IP of the plug. Received a MS error message saying that using SMB1 is not safe and Windows 10 requires SMB2 or higher. The link in the error message went to this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... in-windows
This articles says to contact the manufacturer to add SMB2 or higher in order for the network to recognize the plug on this Windows 10 computer.
Please advise. Thank you.
