Tonido password

I am using tonidoplug for a long period of time and everything were ok. Last 6 months cannot connect via using android and cannot connect via url. I did everything from the beginning (booting from usb and reinstalling everything) with no success. Recently the tonidoplug did not recognised my password and ask a new one but i did not receive any mail for the new password. Tried to remove old administrator password using http://www.tonido.com/support/display/d ... r+password, stie no success( i used f different usb).
Any suggestion to all these? And why do not receive new password in my email?

Assuming TonidoPlug is a product naming that applies to the Freecom Silverstore NAS Tonido web access service (?), your experiences started happening to me 2-3 months ago. Perhaps Tonido plug accounts expire after ~4 years?

Also interested in Tonido's comment on this?
