Relay Service Inactive

Postby BruceLerner » Sun Apr 03, 2016 7:43 pm

I cannot get my TonidoPlug2 to connect to the relay service.
I have followed the instructions in the Manual and various posts.
I have re-installed on my HD, created a new account, setup the ports on my router. I can see the device when accessing by MAC, The trace log shows that the device appears to know its address:
20:24:03:650 [14] [CoreRelayService]:T: ***FLUSHING NETWORK***
20:24:03:653 [14] [CoreRelayService]:T: *** Getting Private IP: lo==127.0.0.1, eth0==192.168.1.73,
20:24:03:653 [14] [CoreRelayService]:T: Using IP Address : 192.168.1.73
20:24:03:654 [6] [Dispatcher]:T: Tonido Event [BOOT_NETWORK_DISABLE_EVENT]
20:24:03:654 [6] [Dispatcher]:T: BOOT_NETWORK_DISABLE_EVENT --> lookupservice
20:24:08:663 [14] [CoreRelayService]:T: *** Getting Private IP: lo==127.0.0.1, eth0==192.168.1.73,
20:24:08:663 [14] [CoreRelayService]:T: Using IP Address : 192.168.1.73
20:24:08:663 [6] [Dispatcher]:T: Tonido Event [BOOT_NETWORK_ENABLE_EVENT]

But then can't connect to the relay:
17:57:22:316 [14] [CoreRelayService]:T: === Connecting to Relay: 50.23.122.106
17:57:23:317 [14] [CoreRelayService]:T: === Connected to Relay ===
17:57:23:317 [14] [CoreRelayService]:T: handle_handshake Sending Relay HEARTBEAT:
17:57:23:421 [14] [CoreRelayService]:T: RelayServer VERIFY
17:57:23:705 [14] [CoreRelayService]:E: RelayServer Failed to Accept Connection: Invalid Credentials1

17:57:23:706 [14] [CoreRelayService]:T: === Cleared All Pending Client Events ===

It then does this a large number of times:

20:39:56:073 [7] [DeferredDispatcher]:T: Finished DU(2) successfully->0

and eventually pulls up this IP which is another device:'

20:40:42:807 [20] [TCPServerConnection (default[#6])]:T: HTTP Request [192.168.1.71] [GET] [/ui/core/index.html]
20:40:43:029 [19] [TCPServerConnection (default[#5])]:T: HTTP Request [192.168.1.71] [GET] [/ui/core/Core.css]

And it seems to be stuck here when trying to connect.

Has anyone overcome this type of situation?

Bruce
