Please find attached the tonido.log on "trace" level.
I've enabled "Enable SSL without using Relay (Biz only)" option and restarted tonido service. The SSL certificate is in place (/usr/local/tonido/servercert.pem).
Thank you for any advice.

Try using the attached config_pro.xml file

You would need to restart tonido after this

I have updated the config_pro.xml, enabled HTTPS again, and restarted Tonido service. Unfortunately I get the same result.

In the log it does not seem Tonido would even try to start as HTTPS.
I'm using self-signed certificate, could that be a problem?

I'm having the same issue, following the instructions on biz support to combine the certificate and key is successful when tested using openssl, but when I place servercert.pem into the application folder with relay off and SSL on I can't connect via https, only http. The config_pro.xml shows SSL is enabled

I've attached my log file.

Thanks for your help.

Hi, do you have any update please on this issue?
I'd really like to use Tonido but the problem with HTTPS access is a showstopper for me.

I to am having difficulty getting the SSL to work. After upgrading to the latest free version, our https access has stopped working. I have read all the entries on the forum and tried all the same things - no joy :( I have clients relying on this product and would appreciate ANY response to this issue.

When trying to access the https site in Chrome - ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Dear Tonido Support,

I posted a few months ago detailing how I was unable to use SSL with tonido. Fortunately your relay service is very reliable, however occasionally my relay address is blocked from my place of work (listed as a file sharing service) and direct access over https would therefore be greatly appreciated (some information is too sensitive for http transfer). I understand this is a free product and remain grateful for your generosity even with this issue, but an update on whether the problem is likely to be investigated/fixed and (if so) when a fix may be available would be very much appreciated.

Thanks for all your help.
