Shared file(s) error message

I have used Tonido for a few files to be shared by some friends with fairly good success.
Since the new project require up-to 10 members and additional files, I upgraded to TPro for both up/down loading for a 24/7 access.

I have activate the TPro and webshare...even created a Group. I shared a few files today but the recipients could not open the files due to error message. If someone give me a clue...I'll cut-N-paste any Tonido log. Here is the basis of the error code.

I wish I could figure out how to place a screen shot...? So I'll try to type the relevant
info.: Shared URL http://192 168 1 64:10001/app/websharepro/share/stockleap%20COG/
The error/warning by yahoo is giving caution to the nature of the non-standard web address...accept or cancel... When clicking Accept:

Another error message: Tonido Webshare was unable to find the page...

I guess I am missing something since upgrading to TPro...? Do I have to re-list or re-share my original shared files again within webshare...?

Anything else I am missing to set the small Group up for the 24/7 collaboration?
I read about the features but can not find the beefy details on the implementation of any of the add on programs for the TPro....Are the details listed somewhere...?

The problem is did you share using the Private URL feature checkbox?
Those URLs are not accessible from the internet. The URL should be of the form http://name.tonidoID.com/app/websharepro/sharename

OK...I'll give it a try...
Thanks for the share error information.

Should that fix or allow the up/down file share for 24.7 collaboration?

Also...do you want to cut-n-paste or reduce the screen shots to redact my full name from the images...???

Wonder Bar....Thank you.

I still have this on the table:
Should that fix or allow the up/down file share for 24.7 collaboration?

Yes, that should be it as long as you don't shutdown your machine or Tonido.

Back again.

I check my files intended to share...moved and resaved but in original folder.
I then tried to share a file w/o using Private URL inside the Share walkthru...sent to my self @ Yahoo email... It arrived fine...looked fine...but this time the only error message was the big while broswer page showing several suggesting for not opening.

I had ALL users set for view and edit for upload...No single person left out....w/the
following EDITED LINK REMOVED

That's the format you show above in an earlier reply... see below the only display...no user ID or pw request...?

It seems I am getting closer but only smoke...no cigar...

I deleted all shared files...checked the folders...all present...resent the URL from a FRESH shared file... by outside Yahoo and gmail accounts....Same Error pop up page.

The URL you posted actually works, it downloaded a file xlsm to my desktop (I removed the link from your post for privacy) when I clicked it. If you share a folder it will show the contents of the folder, if you share a file, it will download that file automatically.

Well....that's surprising...Why do I get the error page instead of the excel file as you experienced.?

It it is working on another computer other than mine...swell...
the download side is done...(maybe)

How do my friends edit and return (upload) the same file.....?
Do they have to keep that file 'Live" as active in their browser to return it via what method..."save"...?

I have not figured out the friends upload feature/methodology yet...
or can you point me to a through discussion of the process..

Thanks again
