Unable To Upload - Error 500

I can no longer upload files remotely to my machine running Tonido and WebShare Pro. When I try it responds with an "Error 500". I paid for WebShare Pro and not it seems in order to have WebShare Pro I must purchase a subscription? I'm confused because I show WebShare Pro is installed and running.

If you already have WebsharePro, you dont need to the TonidoPro.
Please provide us more information, change your log level to trace, repeat the problem and send us the log.
Tell us what browser/OS/tonido version you are using.
Have you tried a different browser?

I'm using Windows XP and accessing via Firefox 7. I tried it from the same remote machine with another Tonido account without problems. The log file is attached.

In case it matters, I did notice that the Explorer app (v2.34.0.15964) is suspended.

Yes please enable explorer app, it is required for upload to work.

I've tried to enable the Explorer app but it fails to load.

It says:
Failed to load App: plugins\explorer\explorer.dll

Here's an updated trace log with the failure to run the Explorer app. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Explorer app.

It appears that you are running Tonido Version 2.33 while explorer is on 2.34.
Please update your Tonido system to 2.34 and make sure all the apps and tonido core version are in the same revision.

That's true but when I "Check for Updates" it says "Service fully up to date". Also, "Applications are fully up to date".

Can I force an update somehow?

Just download latest Tonido build and install it. You don't need to uninstall existing version.
