Remote Login Problems

Hi,

I have setup tonido on my laptop and am trying to login remotely. I am able to get to the login page and when I enter the password, I get the "Remote Login Question", but when I answer the question, I get "Invalid Input. Failed to Login!".

Is there something I am missing? I have configure the firewall manually to allow port 10001.

Hi,
Lets see if we can help with this.
Error "Invalid Input. Failed to Login!" means the stored answer and the entered answer doesn't match.
(1) Did you have any special characters or non-english letters in your remote login answer?
If yes then change it to a simple word and then try it.
(2) Can you please check this in your admin UI Settings -> Profile -> Remote Login Ans: is not empty.

Thanks for the reply Tuxedo.

I tried setting different answers and using them and all of them gave the same error. However, I did have an apostrophe (') in the question which seems to have been causing the issue. I have now removed the special characters from the question and am now able to login.
