Is it possible to install any Kind of SSL Certificate or do i have to buy the original Certificate from Codelathe?
And if it is possible to use another certificate, where do i have to place it?

as a temporary work-around you could also use ssh's port-forwarding to setup a tunnel from your desktop to the plug if you're just concerned about sending your password over http and don't [want to] use tonidoid's relaying services.

i use:
ssh myplug -C2 -L 10001:127.0.0.1:10001

then connect to http://127.0.0.1:10001 in my browser. it's also how i deal with clip thots plugin's lack of ssl support.

The downside is when you want to upload files to the plug via the web interface as you'll end up browsing your plug's filesystem rather than your desktop's (workaround that with sshfs if you need to).
