Error code 193 when starting up the software on my PC

Postby judgedredd » Wed Mar 14, 2018 8:55 am

My computer is a Toshiba Laptop with an Intel 1.7 GHz Centrino Processor (non-64bit), 1TB HD, 2GB RAM and Windows XP SP3 32bit (No, I won't upgrade to the latest and greatest rubbish from MS).

There seems to be a problem with installing your desktop software. I installed the Windows version of the Tonido server software on my laptop and found that when I tried to start the software the following error initially appeared:

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling (using Revo Uninstaller) and this time a different error message came up:

I am not sure what the problem is but my laptop is configured to have a separate 'Programs' partition, where all programs are installed to - not the regular Windows partition, which would be C:\. Yet when checking on the location of where the Tonido server was it had installed itself into the

C:\Documents and Settings\cas\Application Data\Tonido

folder, which is a very odd location. Its not in the regular Programs folder.

Can you let me know what the problem is?
