Tonido Relay down?

In the last few days, I started to no longer be able to reach my Tonido Server over relay.

I can access it by direct IP/Port. But when I use relay, I get the message that "The server does not appear to be a valid cloud server. Try the URL with the browser to make sure you are connecting the correct server!".

Browsing to the Relay URL results in "Tonido Enabled Device Unavailable. The requested device is currently unavailable. The user's Tonido enabled device could be switched off or there could be a network connectivity problem."

Is there a know issue?

We're able to recreate the issue on LAN.

To get this working, Make sure that the tonido server is running and try accessing the tonido URL

If the issue persists, please post us the log file from the location %APPDATA%/Tonido/data/logs
