TonidoID domains?

Is the TonidoID DNS redirect service offline? I can no longer access my Tonido server from the internet either via desktop or mobile, even though it works fine locally. I was running 5.8x on a Mac; I've tried to resolve the problem by updating to 7.8x, and then to the latest beta, (13.8x) but neither update affected this issue.

Please make sure the settings are set properly in the network tab .
