Hopefully, this will be of help to people.
I had the Tonido server installed on my Windows PC. After the upgrade to Windows 10, my Tonido instance was no longer accessible outside my LAN. Inside my LAN - no problem. I tried port forwarding, unblocking Windows Firewall blocks on Tonido related software - nothing helped.
Finally, I uninstalled the Tonido server and reinstalled it (recovering my original login during the process) - now Tonido works like a champ on Windows 10, too, and it's accessible outside my network.
