I have the free edition, but am so happy with it, I want to upgrade to Pro. But when I click on Upgrade/Pro/Buy, I am taken to the page apparently to download the software again (Free Download) - as if I am installing it for the first time. If I click on this, surely I will end up with what I have now, and would then have to try to upgrade to Pro again, which will take me round in a circle. Surely an upgrade should be just that - upgrading the existing installation, not downloading the software again. (And many programs allow you to upgrade from within the program itself, which is much more transparent.) I don't understand this, and if someone can explain it, I would be grateful.

Hi deepkent,

Tonido Pro is now the default license type for everybody, meaning you already have it! To get the extra features that are in the Pro package, simply go here and follow those instructions (minus steps 2-4; those don't apply anymore since Pro and Biz are free).

Return to “Tonido Software”
