New Android camera Upload feature doesn't see SD Card Pics

I just got updated the latest version on Android with the new camera uploads feature. It appears to be mostly working as expected, but I have an SD card where I store my pictures, and I also have some pictures on my internal storage; the upload uploads only the internal storage pictures and does not...

Re: Android BETA: Automatic backup of Photos and Videos supp

I just got updated to the production version through Google Play, and the same problem still occurs. Since the beta thread will probably be closed down now, I'm going to create a new thread to keep track of the issue.

Re: Android BETA: Automatic backup of Photos and Videos supp

Seems like I have the same issue as cliffhanger_uk; if there are pictures in the internal storage path, then it will ignore any on the external SD card. Most of the higher end Androids have some kind of "burst mode" support which takes several shots at once, and these always write to inter...

Re: Android BETA: Automatic backup of Photos and Videos supp

BTW: There are several soft-linked directory paths to the pictures, but in case it helps, the original locations on Galaxy S4 are:

Internal: /storage/emulated/0/DCIM/Camera
SD Card: /storage/extSdCard/DCIM/Camera

The path on the external SD card is not being picked up, the one on internal is.

Re: Android BETA: Automatic backup of Photos and Videos supp

I got this working pretty much immediately, but it is having issues uploading all the pictures. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 running Android 4.3, and I have set it to store my pictures on the SD card, but some of the features of the Galaxy (like best picture, which takes 8 shots at once) will always s...

Automatic photo uploads for Android

It's been a little while since iOS got this feature, and when I got a new update this week for Android I was excited because I though it might finally contain the automatic photo upload feature, but, alas, no.....which prompted this ping...Are you still working on this feature for Android? Any ETA? ...

Re: Player improvements

O.K....thanks for looking at it. Players like Pandora seem to have gotten around this, but since audio streaming is their primary reason for existence, they probably have their own APIs, or do something cool on the server, like re-coding their internal playlist into one big stream on-the-fly. Eventu...

Re: Player improvements

I have both Android and iOS clients, but my phone (the only mostly 4G client) is a Samsung Galaxy S4 (Android). I did have an iOS phone about 6 months ago, and I remember that it had the same problem too. Starting to buffer a track when it starts to play seems to work well enough when on WiFi (altho...

Player improvements

The player is a very cool part of Tonido, and it has some nice features, but currently I don't use it much because it just doesn't work well enough to make a comfortable music listening experience on anything other than WiFi. Here are a couple of things that would probably help a lot (you probably h...
