This shows that you have not setup a remote store location in the Tonido Server itself. The app only shows what was set in the server. Ok. I can confirm that that after updating to iops8.0, media sync status is stuck at checking 0%. We will check and release an update..

Basically, in the earlier APK, it simply asks the OS for the camera image folder and it gets typically internal storage location. So at some point you might have changed the store location to external SD card but the OS still gives the app as internal.. so it simply see what was in the old folder. T...

Thanks! .still going thru test phase. should be out soon. We got feedback top make this into a service so user doesnt have to start the app manually (so the sync will happen all the time without intervention). that change should be coming soon as well.

Here is the beta build that will let you choose the camera source folder. There is no way to automatically detect other than the one provided by the OS (OS simply tells us the path where the camera is supposed to have stored the photos and clearly that doesnt seem to change if you choose to store th...

Interesting. We havent tried the app on iOS8 yet.. The next update work for iOS hasnt started (once the Android version with this feature is pushed out in a week, this will start).

But.. Was this working in iOS7? We will dig into to this...

We think this is because the app is looking at a default location of camera folders reported by the Android OS.. unfortunately, this doesnt seem to be a standard across all devices. You are right, it behaves more like iOS version . Basically once Tonido is started and is in active cache, it will check for changes periodically.

We will look into making it like option 4
