BUMP

I am almost certain i've not missed 'how to do it'.
Any plans for future releases of the iOS application to include this option? :)

Re: New iOS application crashes when playing local music

Sorry, don't know how to provide a snippet or if it's even legal.

I'm not using local files for anything else but music (testing the feature as i stumbled upon this bug), so reinstalling is not necessary - i'll rather wait for the app update that fixes this.

New iOS application crashes when playing local music

Hi Tonido, I've downloaded a handful of music files from my Tonido server to my iOS device using the latest and greatest iOS application. Re: Windows 8 inquiry

The Metro UI is utter shit on a desktop/notebook PC.
Metro should be used only for tablets and phones.

However, to get to the point again, Tonido/TonidoSync runs just as perfect on Windows 8 as it does on Windows 7, both running as a normal application, and as a service (which im running right now).

Re: Transcoded/Optimized video quality

I totally understand that.

That is why i want 'the choice'.
People with less powerful computers can either transcode on the fly with low quality, or do high background transcoding.

I myself, have a powerful server running with Tonido, so for me computing power is not a problem.

Re: Transcoded/Optimized video quality

Im not an encoding expert :). I'm very interested in this, because the transcoded videos isnt top quality on the iPad. On my iPhone it looks great (even though the resolution is lower than the phones native), but on the iPad it definatly could be better. I'd like the option to choose wether it shoul...

Re: Windows 8 inquiry

I've been running the desktop version (and TonidoSync) since mid-August on Windows 8 Pro, with no issues. Works perfectly.
