Re: PLEASE READ: Re-flashing TonidoPlug

since this flashing process is OLD , is there a NEWER version of the OS that would be more 2011. Is the OS that is on the tonidoplug 2 available for us tonidoplug 1 users?
Thank you guys for all your help.

Maybe post a link to the newest way to put newest os on NAND on tondioplug 1.

Re: New router - no more plug in list

Our documentation links have changed. If you are getting a 404, change the "support" to "oldsupport". http://www.tonido.com/oldsupport/TonidoPlug_Flash_LinuxOS http://www.tonido.com/oldsupport/TonidoPlug_Flashing Thank you very much for getting back to me so fast. That worked! :)

Re: PLEASE READ: Re-flashing TonidoPlug

I have reflashed the nand in the past, I just checked and they took the page down, where did they put it. Reflashing worked for me in the past, and I bought the tonidoplug because it said you could reflash it without serial cable.
Please put the page back up.
Thanks

Re: I see my MAC address is changing, I can reflash NAND

Yeah, it's the weirdest thing, I have no idea why everytime I boot into my tonidoplug from usb debian squeeze stick it changes the MAC address. I have 2 tondioplugs and the other one acts normal. With the changing Mac tonidoplug, I can't boot from nand, and I wasn't sure if it was a MAC address thin...

I also notice the MAC address is changing on device , almost every time when I plug it in, is there a way to change the MAC address to the ONE on bottom of m...

Re: Booting TonidoPlug using USB Drive

.... It's simple and it's green and it works.... But i assume your harddrive is spinning 24/7, so booting from a usb stick is 'greener' since it allows your drive to spindown. It's more "green" compared to having my pc on 24/7. I have hard drive attached that was sold as "green"...

Re: [SOLVED] USB - Squeezebox server

I was able to boot from a 1 tb hard drive. First partition I made on the drive was ext3 and is 4 gigs.
Made sure it could boot to tonido plug and installed SBS. Then I created the 2nd and 3rd partitions , fat32 and NFTS the rest of drive.
Everything works.
Thanks everybody for your help.
