How can I run my TonidoPlug2 as a FireFox Sync Server?

Hello,

Does anyone know how I can run my TonidoPlug2 as a FireFox sync server for my computers?
It would be great to be able to sync my data without using any 3rd-party service.

Thank you.

Re: Suggestions for Tonido on the TonidoPlug and more

Hello, I also realized the TonidoPlug2's built-in SATA connection doesn't support SMART monitoring for hard drives. I know this because I could successfully monitor my hard drive from a standard computer with the drive installed in a SMART-supported USB enclosure. Perhaps SMART could be integrated i...

Re: Purchasing replacement HDD Bay Cover??

madhan, Thanks for the info. I did find a solution to the overheating problem with no modification to my TP2 or removing the internal SATA drive. To cool my TonidoPlug2, I purchased a USB computer fan off eBay that was a slightly smaller diameter than the TP2 (see link below for the specific fan I p...

Re: Please help with TonidoPlug2 fix!

Thanks Tuxedo for the assistance. Actually, I got it working today. Here's what I did: I used putty (pterm) with the settings in the below thread. I had been attempting to use minicom which didn't accept the ctrl-c required to interrupt u-boot. Once I tried putty I could get it (Ctrl+C) to work and ...

Re: TonidoPlug2 console access?

Hello, I have a TP2, and I installed Arch Linux ARM on a SATA drive. When I was done using Arch, I removed and reformatted the SATA drive using another computer. I then put it back in to reinstall and got the blinking red light, so I know I need a special cable to connect to my TP2 and fix it (the U...
