Tonidoplug Dead, no lights, no power

Hi. My tonidoplug seems to have died as of a week or so ago. I used it solely as a torrent box and for sharing out my external HD over the network. The day it died all the lights were solid. I unplugged it, waited awhile, and plugged it back it and received no LED feedback. To this day the LEDs don'...

Re: Tonido Torrent Encrypts Traffic?

Encryption, ipblock list, magnet link support and some other safety features have been asked a lot. It's the only point I feel lacking in my Plug - and even if it's already in the to-do list of Codelathe, I'm beginning to think there is some problem here, these features are on that list since at le...

Re: mount partitions in random order

Re: Tonido Torrent Encrypts Traffic?

It'd be nice to have torrent traffic encryption on Tonido... That and RSS torrent downloading and I'm all set. Indeed. At this point I do not use Tonido Torrent. I installed Transmission and use that instead since I know for sure it is encrypted and I am able to "Ignore Unencrypted peers."

Re: HFS+ for TonidoPlug: Try it out

It might be because the HFS drive wasn't ejected properly (Linux is picky about that). The fsck.hfs filesystem checker doesn't exist on TonidoPlug yet, so try polugging your drive back into Mac OS X, running Disk Utility to Repair Disk, eject the disk, and pluggin it back in. OR 1. SSH in to the To...

Re: Tonido Torrent Encrypts Traffic?

Hi, Tonido Torrent uses libtorrent library and is configured with its default settings. The torrent packets are not encrypted (Note that this has nothing to do with Tonido<->Tonido P2P traffic which is fully encrypted). If this required, we can provide settings to enable/disable packet encryption f...
