No, you dont need any special device. You just need your PC.

However, We have to refund your money for mydlink-sync cloud.

Once you get the refund, you can go to https://store.tonido.com and purchase Tonido Pro license.

We will need your log file to investigate this further. Start Tonido and once you get this error get the log file and send us. The log file can be retrieved based on instruction below.

From tonido UI, go to Application(on left tree) and App store (tab).

Clear the "Store account settings". Set the store account again. This is done to make sure, the tonido store credentials stored in tonido is the same as on http://store.tonido.com

Now try to activate it.

Are you connecting any USB or external hard drive to your Plug for file management?

If you are just using internal flash for file management purpose you might fill up the space quickly.
