Re: Cannot login on Mac where Tonido is installed

I installed Chrome on the Mac and it worked :!: :!: :!:

So it seems the problem is with Safari. I have other Macs with Tonido installed with different accounts and they do not have any problem with Safari. This is quite confusing.

Re: Cannot login on Mac where Tonido is installed

There is no error message. The password field is cleared and the "Enter Account Password" prompt is displayed. Otherwise it's as if nothing happened. I just cannot go any further. However, as I mentioned if I used a wrong password, the message "Invalid password. Password is Case Sensi...

Cannot login on Mac where Tonido is installed

I had to reinstall Tonido on my iMac. Strangely now, I can login from just about anywhere else except for the Mac on which Tonido is installed. It's as if the login screen is in a continuous loop, but only if I enter the correct password. If I enter an incorrect password it will inform me of the inc...

Re: iOS 8 and iPad

Is there any progress on this problem? Just in case my post was not clear - I can download .pdf files from my Mac. I can then view and open files in another app. However, if the file is larger than about 25MB, I cannot view them in Tonido or open them in another app. Tonido crashes! This is really l...

iOS 8 and iPad

Ever since upgrading to iOS 8, the "Open With" feature crashes Tonido on my iPad 2 when reading large files. This was not a problem with iOS 7. I am running v7.0 and the server version on my Mac is 5.80.0.26973. The files I am dealing with are .pdf with sizes larger than about 25MB. I can ...

Re: Tonido Desktop OS-X Mountain Lion

It works now. I deleted the app, the ~/tonido folder, rebooted, reinstalled and did a recovery. Now everything seems to be working as it should and clients on iPad and other computers are also able to access.

Thanks for your help.

Re: Tonido Desktop OS-X Mountain Lion

I did as you suggested. NO JOY! I still get that basic screen without any means of changing settings, or browsing my file system.

How do I clean up my entire system of any artefacts left by Tonido so that I can install onto a completely clean system?

Tonido Desktop OS-X Mountain Lion

I don't use the Tonido browser a lot on my Mac. I tend to use the iPad client a lot, so I don't know whether its an update that caused this. Now when I open the browser on my iMac, the tonido Home page is very basic and does not allow me (for example) to make changes to my settings. Also, the file b...

Max file size that can be previewed on Tonido mobile

I have Tonido installed on my iPad. I understand there is a limit to the size of a file that I can read using "Open with" of about 25MB and it has to be downloaded first. However, is there a limit to the size of such a file? I have a .pdf file >100MB that I downloaded, but Tonido cannot pr...
