The only way I was able to modify the css file is by opening the zip file and drag the new style.css and save the zip. :D
I used winrar.

yes it is possible. Please do any changes on your Tonido Desktop install instead of the plug to avoid screwing up your install, and it is faster too. In your Tonido Desktop, go to plugins\thots directory, there should be a file called thots.zip, you can unzip it and the CSS images are in there for ...
