On the Settings->Misc page, the 'Enable Indexing' option is checked. It shows "Indexed 0 photos, 0 songs, 0 videos". 'When to Index' is set to Automatically. It also shows "No folders indexed. Add a new folder to index." In case it is of any use, I have also included the kernel/s...

As a note, as of this posting date, it appears the only way you can delete a favorite is by using the Classic interface and hitting the red 'x' next to the favorite you want to delete. There does not appear to be a way in the new interface. Hopefully Tonido will fix that..
