Re: TonidoPlug 2 flashing red LED

Should I be looking at broader aspects of this problem? Does Tonido have a flash download that can be put on a memory stick and then plugged into the USB port (to restore the operating system)? I don't know what Tonido would charge for a factory return for reinstallation of the operating system, bu...

Re: How to build a tonidoplug2 kernel

The kernel source is from the hardware vendor and they've made some changes to the kernel to make it work with their hardware. Ahhh :(((( is there anyway to request to them that they provide a more up to date kernel? I'm sure I'm not the only one needing a newer one. It doesn't have to be the lates...

Do you think it would be okay to grab a kernel from kernel.org? Or did you edit the kernel you provide now so that it works on the tonido?

Re: How to build a tonidoplug2 kernel

Sorry to double post, but I really need to know if there are newer kernel sources available. When installing NFS I seem to be encountering this bug http://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=61955 It seems to be fixed in a newer kernel. NFS is a must for me. Please let me know if there are new...

Hi, is there a more recent kernel source than the one linked here?
Also is there a list of them?

Thanks

Re: Not enough space on internal drive to untar rootfs.tar.g

Hey all. I'm attempting to follow the instructions here http://www.tonido.com/communitywiki/doku.php?id=advanceduses:usbboot and I'm running into a road block. I can't free up enough space on my internal hard drive to untar the rootfs. Right now I'm sitting at about 606M used out of what looks to b...

Running the plug2 with an ESATA drive?

Hello! My plug2 should be here tomorrow. I have ordered an ESATA to SATA cable in hope that I will be able to use this large 1.5TB drive instead of buying a smaller SATA drive, also keeping the plug at a nice and cool temperature. I was hoping to have the stock software (debian iirc) mount 3 partiti...

Re: TonidoPlug availability

There are two problems: We manufacture TP2s in batches. We under anticipated demand for the first batch and it sold out. We ordered the second batch but due to material shortages and manufacturing delays we are having difficulty with getting the next batch completed and available. We are waiting fo...

Re: TonidoPlug availability

TP2 in production now. Expecting to start shipping in 2 weeks. Hello. I feel rather uninformed about the availability of the plug. I was told 3 weeks ago it would be available at the end of January, latest - early February. Do you think it will be possible to update us more on the status of availab...

Re: [CodeLathe Support #8044] - Dead TonidoPlug

http://www.plugcomputer.org/plugforum/index.php?topic=5967 I had the exact same issue with a []plug (no names). Ignore my post on the link - I never got around to fixing my plug. Apparently you can just use any other 5v 1amp power supply (ex: cell phone). The guy who made that thread said he had the...
