Hi There, I recently had a HDD failure on my Tonido.. I copied all the data off it and put on a new hard disk, but now I cant get the apps or anything to work.. I am trying to set the User Data directory and I get the below error... still... it doesnt work. I have checked the hard drive is mounted o...

ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!! I agree!.. I have a SVN server running on my Plug preiously using the apt-get for Ubuntu Jaunty.... now it does not exist and the SVN server is now gone. The WHOLE POINT of the plug is so that I can write PHP additions and add simple services for which I don`t want a PC running for....

Dont confuse 'secure' with 'private'. Tonido I dont think ever marketed itself as secure. PRIVATE refers to ownership as you own the cloud hardware and it is reserved for your OWN PRIVATE USE.

Tonido pay for bandwidth,and syncing 50gb does come at a cost to tonido..

TonidoSync on 64Bit

Hi Tonido gurus, Is there any hope to get a 64Bit native build that is complete? - using the 32bit and hacking the system to bits is not really a nice option. Can someone offer a complete download (with all the libraries satisfied.... or can Tonido do a STATIC build of the Sync application. Richard

On the pogoplug, the bootloader was changed so that it looked for a specific USB device UUID to boot from. Every USB device has a serial number which is part of the usb specifications.

Much appreciated... It makes it easier when syncing Music folders that are catagorised (e.g. Best of Rammstein->CD1,CD2,CD3,CD4 etc)

Note that the thumbnails are created the first time you access your photos, so it can take some time. After that, all future access will be fast. We will let you know once we have some updates. will there ever be an update? This thread is 4 months old and you cant tell me it takes that long to manufacture. I have been promoting the device to work and friends and they are not impressed at the 'No Stock' and one even bought a *cough* Pogoplug ...
