Yikes! That's very disappointing. I used to recommend the Tonido software routinely and people were grateful for it. Now they'd have to consider a $30 to $50 annual fee. That's a "tough sell" for the way most of us use the software.

By sending me that link are you trying to say that I can not purchase just the WebSharePro as in the past? I really do not want a subscription.

That worked! Installing the downloaded version updated me to 2.34, I started the Explorer app, and uploading a file worked without a hitch.

As you had said, you can let the Plug run 24/7 without affecting your other computer resources. In addition, TonidoPlug comes with a WebsharePro. As WebsharePro is a paid application, the free Tonido version does not come with it. However, you can just purchase the App to run it on your free Tonido...

That's true but when I "Check for Updates" it says "Service fully up to date". Also, "Applications are fully up to date".

Can I force an update somehow?

Here's an updated trace log with the failure to run the Explorer app. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Explorer app.

I've tried to enable the Explorer app but it fails to load.

It says:
Failed to load App: plugins\explorer\explorer.dll

In case it matters, I did notice that the Explorer app (v2.34.0.15964) is suspended.

I'm using Windows XP and accessing via Firefox 7. I tried it from the same remote machine with another Tonido account without problems. The log file is attached.
