Using Tonido Webshare (or WebsharePro), you can create a web address (URL) to your folder and share the web address with others. e.g
http://<youruseraccount>.tonidoid.com/app/webshare/share/my_project_files/
1. Click on "My Shared Files" on the left hand side of Tonido home page to launch Webshare application.
2. Click on "Share Files" button. Select the file or folder you want to share. The URL under the folder icon is the URL for the share. You can send this URL to others.
3. If you want to give access only to selected people, you can add guest users for the share by following the steps below:
- Click on "User access" icon.
- Un-check the "allow everyone" box
- Click on 'add new user', provide a username and password or use an existing user.
- Check the "Allow Access" (View the share) and/or "Allow Upload"(Upload Files to the share) to grant access accordingly.
