Tonido Platform SDK Licensing

Our goal and intent with releasing the Platform SDK is twofold:

1. Provide Tonido Users access to rich and varied applications
2. Enable the developer community to build cool applications without restrictions

License

To enable, this, Tonido Platform SDK developed by CodeLathe LLC is licensed under a liberal Apache License v. 2.0 with an additional clause:

• You may modify your copy of the Tonido Platform software in any way, provided that you rename any non-standard modified executables so the names do not conflict with standard executables.

Notes

The sample applications and code shipped as part of the Tonido Platform SDK are licensed under the Apache License, v. 2.0.

The parts of Tonido that is not part of the TONIDO PLATFORM SDK are not licensed under any license specified here and the the copyright status of those components remains proprietary.

Other software included in this distribution is provided under other licenses as listed in the LICENSE.TXT.
