Management

Madhan Kanagavel, is Founder, Passionate Entrepreneur and Chief Hacker behind CodeLathe. Over the past 15 years, prior to founding CodeLathe, Madhan has worked as on almost all kinds of diverse systems and technology including MMORPG game technology and High speed Image acquisition systems. Madhan graduated from Boston University with a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in control systems and distributed agents. He is the published author of popular open source projects.

Ismael Chang Ghalimi, is CEO and Founder of Intalio, Inc. Intalio is the leading vendor of private cloud computing solutions with over 750 customers in 60 countries. Ismael sits on the Boards of Directors of BuzzGain, Egnyte, is an advisor for 3TERA (acquired by CA), EchoSign, EveryTrail, Intellimaker, Move & Play, Muchobene, and Presdo.

Thiru Arunachalam, Co-Founder & CEO of Peel, spends most of his time dreaming about various ways to make people's life simpler using technology. Before Peel, he was a management consultant at Booz & Co. (formerly Booz Allen Hamilton) building innovation and go-to-market strategy for consumer brands. Prior to that he was a product manager and an engineer building software products for Apple & HP. When he is not creating something cool, he loves exploring food, fashion and culture. Thiru holds a BS in Engineering and a MBA from Wharton Business School.
