I can't access my Tonido account through my phone (BB 9700). It says "Request Timed Out. Please Verify if Tonido is running". I already have the app fully installed. Thank you.

ubermensch,

Can you confirm if the Tonido installed on your remote server was running when you tried to access it from blackberry?

If Tonido on remote server was running. Please verify if the URL you entered on the blackberry is correct. (http://xxxxx.tonidoid.com) where xxxxx is usually your account name.

You may experience problems, if you have SSL enabled. We are working on providing support for SSL.

Let us know if you still have problem

Thanks.

Are you able to access your remote instance using http://<AccountID>.tonidoid.com from another computer?

This is frustrating. I've never accessed my account yet from my phone. Remote server is running; disabled SSL in my Tonido account settings; and, i've disabled it too from my handheld (Options/Security/Handheld/TLS as per instruction of @BBgeeks from Twitter). Yet, unsuccessful in my attempts to access my account. Hope you could help us out fix this. Thank you.

Testing on BB9700 simulator worked fine.

Please check the following:
1. Is your blackberry inside a corporate network. If so, please check if there are any restrictions.
2. Can you access other apps that makes http calls and accesses the internet?
3. Access via HTTP instead of HTTPS (we have fixed this, and you can use HTTPS in the next release). Make sure your phone allows this also.

If everything above is ok.

Please send us or PM the entire Tonido URL that you are trying to access from the blackberry. You can mask your username in the url.
