I have a TonidoPlug2, subscription to WebSharePro, client on a work computer running Windows XP. I installed this several months ago, and it was working fine. I am also running a client on a personal laptop and desktop that are running Windows 7, and both are working fine. About a month ago I uploaded a large collection of PDFs from my work PC with names that I now realize were problematic (directory too long, several with character combinations that don't work, etc.) The upload succeeded, but I was unable to sync them from the other computers, so I disabled sync on the plug, deleted the files from the server, and restarted the sync. Since then TonidoSync on my work PC has not been functioning correctly. I have since updated to the latest version of Sync software on all clients and server (2.52), but this connection on my work PC still does not work. I have uninstalled and tried to wipe from work PC several times, but when I re-install it is still not working.

Attached is the sync log from my work PC client. I'm not certain how to download the appropriate log from the server. Any help would be appreciated. I have limited savvy with the technical aspects of this, so I'll need to be walked through this to some extent, or pointed in the direction of some step by step instructions. Thanks in advance.

The sync is failing to connect properly with the sync on the tonidoplug.
Are you sure the sync app is not suspended? You can go to "Applications" and check the status.

Just checked, not suspended. Also, sync is working ok on the other 2 computers with the plug. Thanks.

Any news on this subject? I have similar problem. After update sync stopped working on my one station. It works fine on my windows 7 laptop but no joy on windows xp pc. Tried to remove data from client, server, re-install client/server still works only on my win7, on winxp I have "0B, 0 files, Idle" even with some files put into sync folder.

I've sent you pm with zip log file.
Is there difference if I have sync client setup with main account and with guest account? Cheers.

Problem is the sync client is connecting to some other server:

Found the problem: after Tonido server upgrade guest permissions were reset for sync app. Added guest account back in sync configuration and we are back on track. The other problem was caused by my internet provider: when something is wrong the router redirects everything to this default page, and it's not a Tonido problem. Thanks.
