 Post subject: Unable to upload files to UTF-8 encoded directories from iOS

Hi,
I am running latest tonido client app version 3.3 from iOS and uploading files to a linux tonido server version 2.51.0.18312. I have no problem when folders are in plain english ( ascii ) but unable to upload files to say a Japanese ( utf-8 ) characters folder ( eg. directory named 音楽 ) . No errors were found in the log. The file seems to be uploaded in the background but never did.
Unloading via the browser interface is fine.
Anyone have come across this and know the fix ? Thanks,
