I have had an order confirmation email for an order I have placed. However, when I try to login to download the software I get following response:

Error Error: Sorry, there is no match for that email address and/or password.

Any suggestions?

You don't need to login anywhere to download the software.
Just go to: http://tonido.com/application_download.html
