TONIDO ANDROID APP: PROBLEMI WITH UPLOAD

I have some problem to upload file from my smartphone android to tonidoplug with the app.
The upload is always wrong
Is it a bug?

What location are you trying to upload to? You can only upload to the USB mounted directory.

In one of partitions of USB drives. not in /

if i upload the file in / i have an error message. if i upload the file in usb drives i haven't the message. i wait but after a while the icon at the right of the file change in a "no access"

i have 3 partition in the hd usbdrive\documenti (in the root of one partition) but also in various folder the upload doesn't work

Could you pl provide us with Android version and phone model?
What are the sizes of the files that you are trying to upload?
Were you able to upload using browser from another PC into plug ?

Android 3.2 Desire s
I gru with various rupe of files (photoes and pdf )
I formatted the hd with Mac (ntfs and fat partition)

the problem is the same.
when i don't use upload for many time i have this problem: the app android can upload any file.
i solve the problem under the pc: i restart all applications and all works fine!

i think the problem is on tonido because there are a time over that switch off the applications.
is there a solution to maintain the tonido's application always working ?
