I'm posting my customer support issue here because I didn't get any explanations from support@codelathe.com;

My email to the support on May 4th:

Hello,
I've sold my TonidoPlug and now I would like to remove my TonidoPro account.
I don't want a new owner to interfere with my personal data.

The answer was:
Please post your customer support issue in our forums.

1. Simply login into your TonidoPlug and go to the Applications->App Store->Clear Account.
2. You can also delete your existing account on the TonidoPlug by following: http://www.tonido.com/support/display/d ... do+Account, but instead of clicking new account, select the account and click on options and then "delete" the account.

I don't have any access to the plug. I've mentioned the above that I've sold it.

The data remains on the plug and is password protected, but if you haven't cleared it then there is no way to clear it remotely.
