Here are the port forwarding details from my router:
1. Local IP Address: 192.168.0.31
2.Start Port: 10001
3. End Port: 10001
4. Protocol: Both
5. Enabled: Checked

My WAN IP as reported by the router is 67.174.36.5

Minor breakthrough...

1. Enabled Relay Service... and I could immediately access the plug using htp://<accountname>.tonidoid.com

But is that the right setting?

- disabling relay services gets me back at this issue.
- tried other combinations with relay service disabled.. like disabling "enable network" etc... none of these work.

Many routers don't reroute a URL like http://name.tonidoid.com:10001 within your LAN.
You might want to test this from outside your LAN.

Also, do a ping yourname.tonidoid.com after disabling relay and see if it resolves to your public IP address.

It appears your URL is still pointing to our servers. Is the relay disabled on your Tonido?
Can you disable and re-enable just the Tonido Network?

FUNNY THING... I DID NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING... I tried http://kapoor.tonidoid.com:10001 and it worked this time... But let me plat with the Network = Disabled/Enabled to see what happens.

Following is with Network disabled (note I can still access TP2 from the internet: but the page loads rather fast... is it resolving to the local IP not sure I will have to reconfirm my findings from work)
