I own a couple of computers that act like servers, so I wasn't sure which one should I install TONIDO on, so the first computer I installed the software on, I went ahead and un-installed it, so now every time I try installing it back again it tells me that the Profile Already Exists and there for I can't recover it.

Please help

From the first computer, though you uninstalled tonido, your profile directory might still exist.
On windows, goto %APPDATA%/tonido/approot/profiles. Look for directory with your profile name and copy that folder to the same location on the 2nd computer.

Now I get a message saying that the " The ID you entered is already in use. Please choose an another ID".

I also have a problem to retrive a account.
I have the right adress, and the right email.
I get the window where i should put in the recovery code, but i never get that email.
i been trying to retrive it 5 times, and never get a email back with the code.

what to do?

Check your spam folder.

i have turned of antivirus program, i have checked spam folder, i never recive anything with a recovery pass.
i do get all the other email from you, but never the recovery pass.

I have the same problem. I'v been setting up a Media PC for a friend. In doing so Iv been testing with both windows and linux.

My problem is that the first time I tryed tonido it was on windows. It worked grate but because of other resons I whent to linux.

Now I wish to use the same profile name and have also tryed to recover the account, but the recovery email never arrives.

My email is hotmail and I never get the recovery email. My junk folder is enpty.

PLEASE HELP!

If you are not able to recover, I suggest creating a new account.

That seems fair it being free an all. Just out of interest if I had the paid version would I/you have been able to recover the account for me?

Or would I still need to create a new account?

Having a paid account wouldn't have helped much in this case.
