I have the TonidoPlug2.
I can ping the plug and I can see my plug here: http://www.tonidoplug.com/ip/

However, when I click on it, I just get a blank page.

Any ideas?

I don't use the plug that much so I didn't think cleaning the disk would help but did it anyway (via SSH and instructions on this site) no change.

Edit - another clue - I can access \\tonidoplug2\disk1part1 from other computers on the network.

It seems just the Tonido apps aren't working.

What about your web browser plugins?
Try clearing browser cache.
Try using a different browser.

Same result regardless of which browser (Firefox/Chrome/IE) I've used or which computer.

Pings work, telnet to port 10001 results in blank screen

I am having this same issue. Can see in list, but can't access. I also did the following:
- disabled plugins
- tried multiple browsers
- cleared cache

I did not see it in my mapped drives so I logged in take a look. Everything seemed to be fine. I noticed there was an update available. I updated and now I am experiencing these symptoms.

Thanks.

I can see it as a shared drive
I can ssh into it

The apps don't work.

It could be the update didn't go through ok.

SSH to your plug and execute the following:

Quote:
cd /root/app/tonido
wget LINK_TO_TONIDO_TAR
tar -zxvf tonido.tar.gz

I will send the link to tonido tar shortly via PM.

Thanks - I've issued those commands, apparently successful (I see lots of files/directories being extracted).

Same result when trying to access the apps on the plug.

I'm not positive but I don't think. Nothing like that shows up in the tonido/plugins directory.

How do I download the log file?
