Tonido Pro has been shipped I tried installing it but the activate button does not show up.
I get a message telling me that the service is unavailable. Unable to communicate with server.
What do I do now?

Seeing as how you don't have thousands of visitors to this post I decided to post a graphic representation of what we are doing. This should give you a general idea of our business model.

When do you get that error message?

I followed the instruction explicitly, 3 times.

Every time I go to the app store.

I know that I am getting ahead of myself here, but once we resolve these issues I need a barcode that can be scanned by any smartphone. Are you capable of doing this? Do I need to find an outside source?
Any help you can provide will be appreciated.

Interesting business model.

For now don't go to the App Store tab, can you go to "Install" tab and install "WebsharePro" and then go to the "Manage" tab and then activate WebsharePro.

Explain this one!

Unfortunately, we don't know why this is failing.
OK, let's do one more thing.
1. Go to Settings->Log->Change Log level to trace
2. GO to App Store tab and set your store account name and password and then click on "Activate" for TonidoPro
3. Post the tonido.log file.

We clearly don't have enough information on why this is failing.
